Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the software, APIs, applications, and websites operated by Norionsoft OÜ ("Norionsoft", "we", "us", or "our"). This includes UGTP, EXTRA SAFE, EXTRA WALLET, W2QR and Password2QR (together, the "Products"). The Terms apply to businesses that integrate our Products and to individuals who use them directly.

If you use the Products on behalf of a company or other organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.

Where a Product has its own terms, those terms also apply to that Product.

Norionsoft builds wallet infrastructure, secure communication software and privacy technologies. Norionsoft does not custody customer assets and does not provide regulated financial services.

Our blockchain-related Products are non-custodial. They let businesses and their users interact directly with public blockchain networks, while users keep their private keys and seed phrases. Norionsoft does not hold or control user private keys, seed phrases, or funds.

The Products are intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). By using the Products, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping the API keys, account credentials, private keys, seed phrases, and passwords you use with the Products secure.

• The transactions and other actions you carry out with the Products.

• If you integrate a Product into your own service: how that service works, what you tell your users, and the support you give them.

• Using the Products in line with the laws and regulations that apply to you and, where relevant, to your users.

• Keeping your devices, systems and accounts secure.

You agree not to use the Products to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party rights.

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive or harmful activities.

• Distribute malware, viruses or other harmful software.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Products.

All content, trademarks, logos, software and documentation associated with the Products are the property of Norionsoft OÜ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Products without prior written consent from Norionsoft.

We aim to collect only the data needed to run the Products, and we do not sell user data. Where applicable, our Products use end-to-end encryption and keep keys on the user's device. Each Product's data practices are described in its own privacy policy:

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Norionsoft does not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Norionsoft OÜ and its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of digital assets, data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Products.

The Products may interact with third-party blockchain networks, protocols and services. Norionsoft does not control these services and is not responsible for their operation, availability or security. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the date above. If you continue to use the Products after an update, the updated Terms apply.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
